At Fly, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
